So I'm planning on attempting a truffle-based dinner with/for my girlfriend sometime next month, and was hoping for some advice as to menu and recipes.
A few caveats:
She is a vegetarian, but eats fish (so the veal rack is out).
I live in West L.A., so shouldn't have any supply problems (I think the cheese shop of BH sells them).
Beyond that, pretty much a blank slate at this point.
