• Rainforest Creations
A raw foods stall with rainbow coloured salads. A salad combo with everything cost £5 iirc. A lovely husky, earthy flavour in long grained wild rice salad; crisp purple cabbage is zested up with a citrusy dressing and perhaps grapefruit; a green, beany tasting mungbean and lentil; bright acidity around nutty chickpeas with excellent texture; great hummus, solid plaintains and pumpkin (could be sweeter imho) with carrot and ginger, a spicey (tumeric? coriander?) akashe ball likely made from dried nuts and legumes (totally guessing). Great spicey dressing with what I thought was a smoky earthy lode of green chilli. Very solid spicing and seasoning.

• Greek bakery stall
Very well made stuff. A tasty lamb pizza didn't suffer too much at room temperature. A good eclair with very rich cream filling. Pointedly sweet loukoumades -- little donuts soaked in syrup.
