Places that serve fried rice in a "box" made of eggs?

SomeRandomIdiot | May 25, 2008 06:58 PM

The "box" is a flat square layer of eggs, sort of a omelette before it's folded up. They plop the fried rice in the center and fold the four corners/ edges up so that the rice is almost completely enclosed by the eggs. Found this at the Rainbow Cafe, on Mott off of Grand, I liked how they cooked the eggs but the fried rice wasn't that great. Anyone have a place where they do a better version of this?
