My husband and I are coming up to SF from San Diego for the second half of the week and are trying to find dinner reservations for New Year's Eve...only thing is that I'm not a fan of prix fixe menus. I love food, but can rarely eat three whole course, and it just ends up feeling like a big waste for me (same thing with my husband...which is probably why he and I tend to gravitate towards small plates places so readily).
We inquired at Comstock Saloon, Farmer Brown, A16, Foreign Cinema...all are doing prix fixe. Is there anyone that isn't? We're pretty open on type of cuisine, as long as it's chow-worthy! (Although, we are planning on hitting up Yank Sing for lunch that day, so probably not Chinese.)
