A few of us went over to Tripoli in Lawrence for some of their Sicilian pizza. Usually I go to Tripoli for their incredible pastries and baked goods, but I do get their pizza from time to time, which is also excellent.
For some reason, we all agreed that the pizza there was even better than usual. The sweetness of the sauce was mostly what made it so great today; I just wish I knew how to make a sweet tomato sauce like that.
While I like Napoli a lot (which is across the street from Tripoli), I'd have to say that Tripoli's pizza--today at least--will have me going there a lot more often than Napoli.
