I've finally succumbed to the allure of making my own pizza--Di Fara's (Bklyn, NY) nothwithstanding. So I want to buy a pizza stone. Any particular brand over another? Where to go in NYC (environs) to make the purchase? Care tips? Recipes? Good books on the subject of pizza making? Do I sound obsessed yet? All info will be so appreciated.
