Pizza stone

Ah, what a wond'rous device 'tis! I saw one on sale yesterday and figured what the hell. After preheating the oven forever (as I have been told to do) I slid my pizza onboard with the help of a bit of cornmeal. Not only was it the best crust I've ever had out of my oven, but the oven stayed hot enough to caramelise the toppings, including the tomato sauce.

Completely, and unequivocally, worth the $12. I can't wait to try out a loaf of bread.
