This is no joke and I am not trying to brag!!
My son just made me a pizza using his own special dough formula, which he had experimented, played around and finally perfected during these past three months. The resulting uber-delicious, piping hot product, cooked at over 700F heat, easily bested any pizza I have ever eaten! Period!...including all award winning ones thrown my way from Toronto to Brooklyn to Tokyo and Naples...!!!
With consistency and texture lying half way between a New York and Neapolitan style. The super thin, light and crispy pizza was topped with home made slow cooked San Marzano Tomatoes sauce, Fresh Buffalo Mozzarella, Fresh Basil from our garden, Spanish Anchovies, Italian Salami, Mushrooms and Green Peppers.
Man!! So $%%^&&*ing Gooood!!
