Pinot Noir Substitute

I am making a mushroom gravy that calls for Pinot Noir. The gravy is called Mushroom-Pinot Noir Sauce so the wine seems pretty integral to the recipe. But I already have a Cab Sauv and a Malbec and I'd prefer not to have to buy a new bottle. Which do people think would be a better substitute?
