P.C.-lovers, have any of you frozen and then defrosted pimento cheese? Did freezing negatively affect texture?
My only ingredients are cheddar cheese, pimentos from a jar, Hellman's mayonnaise, ground white pepper, and cayenne pepper.
I know I could just put a tablespoon of it in the freezer and see, but I thought I'd defer to the voice of experience. Thanks for any help you can give.
