Where can I find pig’s tails in the Bay Area? I tried to acquire some at Ranch 99 in Daly City yesterday, but am quite sure I got some different type of pork (though it was behind the sign that said Pork Tail.) The butcher had to cut the meat//bone into chucks which were nearly 3 inches cubed. I didn’t see anything that resembled a pig’s tails in the case or in the prepackaged area. Help!
