So I'm planning a birthday Pig Roast this year. I've already got the pig ordered and when I got it I asked them to save me EVERYTHING. Including the blood, organs, intestines, everything.
So the question is - what should I do with all that stuff? The first idea that came to mind is organ-blood sausage but I have ZERO experience making anything like that.
Anyone out there with some good ideas on what to do with leftover pig parts?
