Pig Roast/Low Country Boil?

I'm determined to shrug off winter (or at least celebrate seeing the grass again) by hosting a neighborhood pig roast for 40 friends/family. Anyone who's watched the Sean Brock episode of Mind of a Chef where he features the low country bbq will know what I'm talking about. SO GOOD.

I'm a strong cook but I'm not sure I have it in me to stand over a pig for 14 hours, let alone construct my own roasting box. I'd love to have the pig roast but also maybe incorporate seafood somehow.

Does anyone have any suggestions for caterers/butchers/restaurants that would help do this sort of thing?
