Get your Pierre Marcolini bar chocolates here (very expensive at £5 a bar) but some of the best chocolate I've had. The selection of bon bons is small, but the bar chocolates are extensive. I got my fleur de cacao (85%) here. Exquisite tempering, beautiful balance.

No surprises, but they stock Plantations chocolates, made with Ecuadorian varietals. I love the fact that this chocolate is made without vanilla, it's got a very raw and earthy flavour. Ecuadorian cacao tend to be shorter on the fruit component, and this is a classic reflection of that. More exotic woods and earth, and an inexorable nutty flavour backed by a delicious bitterness.
