Am considering buying my first piece of Creuset - probably a 4 1/2 qt round french oven. Anyone disappointed with their Creuset piece? Anyone estatic? (Over a pot?) I just wonder if I'm being influenced by the product placement on food shows and William-Sonoma catalogs. The pot I have works fine - not great. I'm looking for a work horse type pot. How many of you have bought a pot that just collectts dust on a shelf?
