I don't know why more Mexican places don't serve this, because it is so typically Mexican and so good...
Cut up some fruit
You can also use jicama and cucumbers
Squeeze a little lime juice over or lemon if you prefer
Sprinkle with salt and chile powder as hot as you like
That's it. My favorite summertime treat - I just came in off the patio after eating a slab of honeydew prepared this way and had to share.
