Picky eater options in Heights/Cobble Hill

Stella | Apr 18, 2006 05:02 PM

I am going to be having my tween-aged niece (who eats just about anything) and her best friend (who eats almost nothing) over for a weekend. Basically, her friend's diet consists of pizza, chicken nuggets, pasta with no sauce (!), and hamburgers without the bun.

Are there any places in Brooklyn Heights or Cobble Hill that I could take them where my niece's friend could have something to eat, but my niece and I won't be bored silly by the food? (Especially since they are sleeping over for a whole weekend.) I am hoping that I can convince the picky eater that chicken katsu is just Japanese chicken tenders so that my niece and I can have sushi, but I'm not holding my breath :)
