I'm a really picky eater and I became an adult recently. The only things I eat would be some fast food like chicken nuggets or chicken burgers and fries. I eat some ramen, Kraft Dinner and some Sidekicks. I eat only not spicy California sushi rolls and Avocado/cucumber rolls. I like only the Soft bread version like Italiano or Villagio. I eat pepperoni pizza but I literally take everything off it, including the cheese. I eat egg sandwiches, grilled-cheese and pad sew. I'm snacking a lot like Lays chips and candies but I'm always hungry.
I'm running out of ideas on what to eat and I'm getting tired of eating pastas all the time.
I'm only a 100lb so I know I need to eat more. But everytime I'll try something new that I won't like, it'll trigger my puking reflexes.
And I have a problem with texture for examples with meat. Chicken nuggets or chicken burgers are okay but I can't eat steak or chicken or anything. The texture makes it so I can't chew it.
Please can you help me?
