Phila Restaurant like Pepe Verde in NY's West Village??

It's been nearly a year since I moved from New York back to Philadelphia, and I've yet to find a restaurant like my favorite Italian back in the West Village: Pepe Verde to Go. It's a small, reasonably priced extremely authentic Italian joint that does mainly take-out and delivery plus a few tables. If anyone is familiar with the Pepe chain in New York (there are about three or four of them in the West Village, Soho, and the East Village), do you know of a restaurant in Center City or Bella Vista that compares? I really miss their pollo milanese and their fettucini with porcini. Sigh . . .
