My boyfriend took me to a Kosher Persian restaurant a few days ago for a delicious dinner. We ordered the grilled fish kebobs that were served with salad, grilled tomato and two types of rice; plain Basmati and a fragrant, flavorful orange peel rice. It was not Jeweled rice as there were no colors or fruit other than what I believe was lightly candied oange peel and perhaps some slivered almonds. I can't stop thinking about that rice. Can anyone supply me with a recipe?
