Persian Kebobs plantation

Bigstu99 | Jun 10, 2012 06:21 AM

Was up in Plantation friends wanted to go to Kuluck's which closed about a year ago. Decided to go to Al-Salom which moved around the corner!
Walked into the wrong reataurant but ran into one of the waitresses from Kuluck's (Karma).

Pasha Persian Grill (changed owners around 8 months ago) never knew earlier incarnation.

First off served warm, moist Lavash with a yogurt sauce.
Then possible the best grape leaves I ever had (warmed).

Next up a chicken kabob the likes of which I have not had since Saffron grill closed in Sunny Isles.
Also had the Fessenjan (Pomegranate and walnut stew) which was out of this world sometimes this can be a little too sweet for my palate but not this one. Only complaint was there wasn't enough chicken in the dish.

Only thing I didn't like was the chopped pickled veggies I ordered on the side which had a spice in it I couldn't place or like!

Try it out for something you really do not get much of in Florida!
