My family will be in London in March on vacation. My wife is Persian, so naturally I love Persian food and seek out Persian restaurants whenever I travel. I've done some searching on the internet for Persian places in London, but I wanted to hear what Chowhound members think.
In your opinion, what are the best restaurants for chengeh, barg, koubideh and joujeh kabob?
And now the BIG question: who serves the best fessenjun in London? I'm not picky. I'll eat it either on the bone or pre-cut/boneless. But I DO like the palmegranite/walnut sauce to be as purple/black and as thick as possible (like my mother in law makes). None of that runny orangish/yellowish sauce for this Chicagoan... !
