Best ribs I've had in a long time, maybe ever (question's moot since Flint's and Vic & Betty's are no more). Cooked till not quite falling off the bone, yet still juicy, deep flavor. Both the mild and (slightly) hot sauces were deep, subtle, balanced, complementing rather than overpowering the meat.
Sides were great, too. Greens were flavorful, tender, not a hint of overcooking. Candied yams were as subtly spiced as the BBQ sauces. Even the bread had flavor, maybe Orowheat rather than the usual Wonder.
Plus the people were really nice, making it overall a perfect rib experience. Half a dozen big pork ribs, big helpings of two sides, and two slices of bread, $12.95.
Wasn't able to try the corn bread or sweet potato or pecan pie as they were all out. Menu also includes chicken, sliced beef, and links, fish, and (Fri.-Sat. only) jambalaya.
