Perfectly Pressed Juice Bar | Salinas - Prunedale - Watsonville - Marina - Seaside - Santa Cruz

Melanie Wong | Jun 13, 201511:28 AM     1

The original location and headquarters of Perfectly Pressed Juice Bar is in Salinas not far from Mom's house. The juices are produced and packed here daily to be sold through a growing empire. There's also a small menu of Mundo's sandwiches.

Recently I tried Energee, $5.50 per pint - Organic Beet, Spinach, Kale, Cucumber, Romaine, Jicama, Apple, Orange, Ginger. Nicely balanced savory, fruity, vegetal, slightly sweet and spicy with a touch of bitterness in the finish. Price is pretty good for the quality though I would have preferred my juice pressed to order. There's also a $2.50 deposit for the glass bottle.
