Looks like we will have a few more weekends of grilling here in NYC so i am going to do up a beer can chicken. I have done it a few times before but i havent found the perfect spice mixture for the bird. So if anyone has a good recipe for, or even a suggestion on a premade mix of spices I would greatly appreciate it.
Also what wood do others use. I find hickory to be the best but am open to trying other types.
