A perfect dish

Went to dinner at Azie last night. Not a place that gets too much buzz here. I have mentioned it before but I just have to bring it up again.

They have a crispy chicken dish that is to die for.

Half a chicken, rubbed with a five spice rub, then cooked in a process that involves something like steaming it then frying it for the crisped skin, then sauteeing in the sauce.
Comes out tender, perfect light taste of five spice, and the most fantastic crisp skin ever.

Plus an Asian pear slaw on the side. Aaaaaaah. Get a side of brown rice for virtue.
