This topis has probably been covered 100's of times but if not here goes. I cook steak with varying levels of success. It will not be cooked to my liking all the way through in general its only ever about 25% of the steak that's cooked perfectly. I am normally frying it on griddle pan. How ever recently I was thinking of using sous vide to cook it then flash fry the top to get a little color. What does everyone think about this idea? I am thinking this way the meat should be almost perfectly cooked.
