I spent Christmas in Cleveland and learned something surprising there: they have about the best assortment of pig products I've ever seen. Great bacon, great sausages, and yes, great pepperoni.
I prefer a spicy pepperoni that isn't too wide (say about half an inch) and comes uncut so that I can put fairly thick wedges on a pizza. The supermarket stuff simply doesn't cut it. Does anyone have suggestions for a good purveyor in LA?
