Peppadew Peppers

These are my latest obsession. Simultaneously sweet and spicy and really good.

But other than eating them straight from the container, or making excellent omelettes with them (they seem to mix particularly well with kielbasa), I am not sure what else to do with them.

Anybody have any other suggestions? I imagine stuffing them with some sort of soft cheese is a way to go.
