I have the first and second Moro cookbooks out of the library now, and I like them - but I haven't had a chance to do much cooking from them. I'm interested in others' opinions of these books (and the new Moro East cookbook, if anyone is working with that one yet).
If you don't like these (or even if you do), what alternatives would you suggest? I've been thinking about Greg Malouf's cookbooks or some of the later Wolfert books.
I admit I really like the look and feel of the Moro cookbooks. I have most of Paula Wolfert's earlier cookbooks, which cover some of the same culinary ground, but I don't pull them out and work with them as much because they don't have pictures (I'm thinking of the Eastern Meditteranean cookbook for ex.).
