Peking Duck [split from Los Angeles High-end Chinese thread]

We tried Made In China, Li Qin and the original Qianmen Quanjude. I wanted to get to Da Dong also, but we didn't make it.

Quanjude was exceptional. Deep, rich, tender, smoky meat and perfectly crisp skin. The other two were entirely forgettable.
