Has anyone mastered this? I can't seem to understand how to do it: her instructions are to use a swivel peeler and move it from side to side in seesaw fashion on the vegetable, using hardly any pressure. This is supposed to be superior to running the peeler straight down the veg because it removes only the peel. She even peels tomatoes in this way.
If anyone has had success with this method, could you elaborate on how you do it?
