pecan or walnut pancakes??

I used to go to this place called Aunt B's up in Woodstock. They had the most amazing pecan waffles/pancakes and walnut waffles/pancakes. They didn't just have the nuts baked in- but they were almost pureed into the batter. They were amazing.

Anybody know about this existing in Brooklyn or the like? I know Clinton street baking co. in Manhat. has walnut/banana one's with whole chunks in it (which is good by the way), but I'm looking for just a little bit of crunch (if at all) in them.

btw- if anyone finds themselves in Woodstock/Shandaken-definitely check the place out for breakfast. yum yum
