Went to the Pearl Harbourfront restaurant at Queen's Quay a few days ago. We went early (5 PM) to skip the rush, which started about 6 o'clock. "L" had the Vegetable Spring Roll and the Stuffed Crab Claw. She said the veggie spring roll was delicious, better than many. The stuffed crab claw as very good, but the meat was pureed. Very good, but could have been better prepared differently. I had the pan seared Scallops in Black Bean Sauce, which were perfectly done and very tasty. Also had the Fried Noodles with Vegetables, which was also very tasty. Service was excellent, with all the servers pitching in to help. We both enjoyed our dinner and would definitely go back. The menu was quite extensive with many delicious-looking selections. It was quite difficult deciding what to get, expecially since we didn't know the restaurant. Now that we do, next time we'll explore the more exotic. The place filled up quickly after 6, many of whom looked like regulars, and many who ordered very interesting looking dishes.
