Looking for a tried and true recipe to peanut sauce. I've seen many out there and many variations. The kind I'm looking for is used on noodles and tossed as a sauce. Thick enough to coat and be a bit creamy but still runny enough to easily toss room temp noodles in. Not chunky at all. Its smooth. Just a bit of spicy depth but not a kick. No coconut flavor (I see a lot of recipes use coconut milk). Anybody have a recipe like this?
