In PDX for a few days is this food excursion feasible

So I'm gonna be in the area for about four days and curious as to whether I can hit the restaurants on the list with a skateboard being my primary means of transportation or which places are a bit far out that I should have other options to go to. Also if there is anywhere else I should go to or places where I should get a reservation for one please let me know. Thanks

So far the plan is

Kenny and Zukes
Pok Pok
Toro Bravo
Pine St Biscuits
Olympic Provisions
Apizza Scholls (undecided on this, not sure if I want to wait to be seated for pizza but on there because I need to buy dinner one night for the guy who is housing me)

Food Carts:

Nong's. Khao Mon
Garden State
Bunk Sandwiches
Zita's Pitas
Bees Neez Sausages
Brunch Box

Pok Pok
3226 SE Division St, Portland, OR

413 NW 21st Ave, Portland, OR 97209
