Rodney of LOW BBQ will be firing up the pit this Monday serving brisket, pork, lamb ribs, and sausage. A group of us from PortlandFood.org are planning to go at 7 pm. I know it's short notice. RSVP if you're interested; I'd like to get a headcount. I don't want to scare him, but I imagine the short notice will keep it from being overwhelming (hopefully not underwhelming).

Rodney works for Apizza Scholls, at about 47th and Hawthorne in the old Surabaya spot, and the BBQ will be there.
I've said this before: LOW's BBQ is the best I've had in the West. It's as good (or better) as BBQ I've had in cities like Kansas City and Memphis. And I only went to recommended spots. See link below for more some of my BBQ comparisons and photos.
