thanks and a pay de limon recipe

I wanted to thank folks for 2 recipes I made here that were very good--a thai tunafish salad recipe and a recipe for apple clafoutis. Both were great.

I'm including a recipe I learned in Mexico for a dessert called Pay de Limon -- a sort of Mexican key lime pie. Its delicious and incredibly easy to make. If anyone tries it, please post and let me know what you thought of it.

Pay de Limon
1 can evaporated milk
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 can media leche (available in Mexican groceries or in the Mexican food aisle of most supermarkets)
1 tube of Maria cookies (flat sugar cookies--available in Mexican groceries and etc)
the juice of 4 or 5 limes.

Mix the three milks together in a large bowl. Add lime juice. Cream should thicken immediately. Spread a thin layer of the cream into the bottom of a glass pie plate. Place a layer of maria cookies on top. Layer thicker layers of the cream and the cookies --Finish with cream. Garnish top of pay with lime slices or zest. Refrigerate for at least one hour.
