Hi. I've been scouring the internet trying to find information on a pan I found at an estate. It caught my eye as a good match to the Bourgeat pans I already own but I quickly noticed it was a totally different make with a brass handle.
I can find no markings on it other than Paul Bocuse's signature on the underside of the handle. I'm familiar with him but can find no reference to him producing a line of pans. It's quite heavy (3.4 lbs at 11" lengthwise) and thick copper with stainless lining I think, though it could be tin.
I've look at many, many other brands hoping to find it's origins but have come up empty. IF anyone can offer some insight as to it's origins (I'm assuming made in France by one of the major copper cookware companies?) I would certainly appreciate it. Many thanks!
