No pastry bags at Williams Sonoma?

I need you help Toronto Chowhounds...

So I have committed to making Gougere (pate a choux cheese puffs) with Cantal cheese for an office pot luck this Friday... and don't have a decent pastry bag since I worked as a pastry chef in Boston, decades ago.

I tested the recipe using tablespoons and it worked just fine, but thought by using a decent bag with a plain tip I would be able to get a more professional result. So, off I went to Sherway Gardens assuming that WS would have what I needed. Fail.

They just had an assortment of overpriced tips and no bags whatsoever.

Today I ran out at lunch to Michea'ls and found little fussy wedding cake kits that were overpriced and tiny.

Where can I get some decent, re useable pro bags preferably in the Mississauga area? I need you help soon as the potluck is this Friday!
