supermarket milk is all ultra-pasteurized, even the organic brands. I'd like to try my hand at cheese making (mozzarella). I am able to get Traders Point organic whole milk, which is delicious (love eating the cream off the top of the glass jar!); however, it's also pricey (and the container is actually 1/4 cup shy of a quart). I do use it to make yogurt, but I only ever use one container at a time. Does anyone know wher I might be able to get regular pasteurized milk? Need not be organic.
