So I live in Atlanta, GA, now, north-east of Midtown.
I like to make my own butter, and I'd like to try my hand at cultured butter. I used to be able to get pasteurized cream from Whole Foods, but apparently even they only have ultra-pasteurized now.
Where can I find low-pasteurized cream to make cultured butter with?
(Honestly, I'd almost prefer raw just so I don't have to add kefir to get some cultures in there, but I know raw milk/cream is illegal because people are too ignorant to not directly drink raw milk...)
