Im reviewing the Royalty Retreats in
Plenty of food & tons of sweets.
However the organization of this program
was very poor.
Very long wait times for sit down meals.
The guy in charge of the seating Marty
was very arrogant & couldn't care less.
However whenever we had buffets then
it was quite good.
Entertainment was above average.
There were NO printed menus, rather
strange, something that's a given even
in lower class hotels, this was the Hilton.
Rooms were very nice, so was the hotel
in general, but TOO SMALL for this crowd.
You can't feed 850 guests when the kitchen
capacity is for 500!!
