The strawberry with 12 year old balsamic is good; the ice cream is smooth, it has a lot of strawberry flavour, with a balance of sweet and tangy and a moderate creamy richness. Not too much of balsamic to my taste, but it's not a huge complaint. Pear and Calvados sorbet was light,cleansing and pleasant, but not a write home about flavour. An Amadei chocolate ice cream is ok, if a bit powdery on the texture.
