1) For a meal of a lifetime...actually 10th wedding Anniv. Guy Savoy,Le Grand Vefour or L' Ambrosie? Prefer a place rooted in classical French cooking.
2) What time to eat at above places? Do meals really run over 4 hours? If you eat at 8pm, you wouldn't be done till Midnight! Keep in mind we are used to 3 hour meals or longer here in Chicago so the length won't bother us.
3) When to make a Resv. Tried to make one for mid- October at Le Grand Vefour but they wouldn't take Resv. until August. Also, for Bistros like LeP'tit Troquet or La Cerisaie...how far in advance? Thanks
