My boyfriend and I will be traveling to Paris for the first time at the end of August/beginning of September. I would like to take him to a wonderful restaurant for dinner as a gift, and have been researching the three star Michelin restaurants - however, the prices are a bit out of my league (more than the top restaurants here in new york!!). I would appreciate any advice for a slighty less expensive restaurant(maybe $300 for two, including a half bottle of moderately priced wine...)? I'm especially looking for a restaurant that isn't too stuffy and that has a view, or a beautiful dining room.
I'll appreciate any and all advice.
