Had lunch today at Paperfish in BH. The restaurant space is very nice and a bit retro George Jetson. I had a dozen oysters milpack and skookum. The oysters where great they are served with a crushed ice pomegranate "mignonette" a very delicious presentation. I also had the appetizer special which was a marinated and grilled octopus served on marinated beets and radish with a lemon rosemary vinaigrette. Also very good. The chef, Yianni, came out to talk about the restaurant I asked if does whole fish and amazingly he said I'll do whatever the customer wants. So tomorrow I am going back for a rotisseried whole fish.
The service was impeccable. Very friendly and informative staff.
Oh and they are now open for dinner.
