I promised to duplicate a recipe that a dear friend recalls his grandmother making for the holidays. His grandmother was Puerto Rican and it may be a specialty dish. He says it's called Papa Reyenos and he remembers a wonderful meat filling that is surrounded by a pastry made from a tasty mashed potato type dough. I"m looking for this preferably somewhere on Long Island, preferably Suffolk County if possible. Does anyone know where I can get this, or get a recipe for it. HELP PLEASE! Thanks.
