Panna Cotta

I had them most wonderful blood orange panna cotta at a restaurant recently and I would like to do a similar one for my new year's day dinner.

Today is my first trial run and I am not happy with the results. The one in the restaurant was rich and creamy but not overly creamy - just right. Also although it had a nice hint of orange it was still white. The blood orange syrup was added as a finishing touch. The one I tried making today is too orange as the juice is added in to the mixture.

Does anyone have a recipe they can share?? Thanks Hounds.
