Is this pan saveable? (New to cast iron)

A friend gave me a used (Lodge) cast iron skillet. She said it was only lightly used and just needed to be re-seasoned. I scrubbed off all the rust I could and followed instructions online on how to re-season cast iron but can't tell if I've done it correctly. Is that still rust on the pan? I've scrubbed as much as I could.

Any advice appreciated! Thanks!
